How it works
You see it before it exists
- Send us your referenceA photo, a sketch, a ring you saw on someone else, or a description in your own words. Anything that shows us what you are after.
- We draw it in 3DOur designers turn it into a CAD render, so you can see the piece from every angle before a single stone is set. You get a firm price with it, usually within 24 hours.
- You approve the renderWe change it as many times as it takes. Nothing is ordered, cut or set until the design is exactly what you wanted.
- We make it by handCast, set and finished on the bench. We photograph your piece as it is made and send you the pictures, then it ships insured and tracked.
Working to a date? An engagement, an anniversary, a birthday. Tell us at the start and we will say straight away whether it can be done, rather than finding out late.
What we can make
Engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, earrings and bracelets. Solid 10K, 14K or 18K gold in white, yellow or rose, or sterling silver 925. Set with moissanite or lab grown diamonds, colorless or colored. US ring sizes 3 to 9 including half sizes, and if you need a size outside that, say so and we will arrange it.
What it costs
Custom pieces start at $2,000. The final figure depends on the metal, the karat, the stones and how much work the setting takes. You get that figure in writing before anything is made, and it does not change afterwards.

Do I pay anything to get a design?
No. We draw the design and quote it at no charge, and you are not committed to anything. You only pay once you have approved both the design and the price.
How long does it take?
Allow up to six weeks in all, including the design back and forth. If you have a date to hit, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether it can be met.
What if I do not know what I want?
That is normal and it is most of what we do. Send a photo of something close, or just describe it in words, and we will draw you options to react to.
Will anyone else get the same design?
No. A custom design is made once. It is not reused, not sold to anyone else, and does not go into our collection.
