Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Correspondence, which means the emails and messages you send us and our replies.

Site data, which means the pages you visit, your device and browser type and similar information collected through cookies.

Why we use it

To take and fulfill your order, to send you updates while your piece is being made, to answer your questions, to keep proper business records and to improve the site. We send marketing email only to people who have asked to receive it, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Only those who are needed to complete your order: our payment provider, our shipping carrier and the workshop that makes your piece. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Anything we are not required to keep can be deleted on request.

The site uses cookies to hold your cart, to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work if you do.
