Every piece is made to order. Allow 10 to 14 working days in the workshop, then delivery on top. Occasionally a stone or a setting takes longer, so we ask you to allow up to six weeks in all. If yours is going to run long, you will hear it from us rather than sit wondering.
-
Orders cannot be changed as a matter of course, but some things can still be modified. Email us your order number and what you would like altered, and we will look at where your piece has reached and tell you honestly whether it can be done. Not every request can be met, and we would rather say so plainly than promise it and fall short.

Give us the size in US, and if you only know it in UK or European, send us that instead and we will convert it for you. If you are not sure at all, take a ring that already fits that finger, measure straight across the inside at its widest point and send us the millimeters. When it matters this much, it is worth having a jeweler check you properly. We would rather spend a day getting this right than have the ring arrive wrong.
We make US sizes 3 to 9, including half sizes. If you need a size outside that range, write to us before you order and we will arrange it.

Write to us and we will tell you whether the piece can be resized and what it will cost. Resizing is quoted case by case and carried out at your cost, with shipping in both directions also at your cost. Resizing is not possible on every design, and a full eternity band cannot be resized at all.

Yes, and it has a better story than most. In 1893 the French chemist Henri Moissan was sifting through a meteor crater in Arizona when he found crystals he took for diamonds. It took him years to prove they were something else entirely, silicon carbide, and the mineral was named moissanite after him. He went on to win the Nobel Prize in Chemistry in 1906. In nature the stone is vanishingly rare, far rarer than diamond, found only in traces in meteorites and a handful of rocks, nowhere near enough to set in jewelry. The moissanite we use is grown, with the same composition and the same behavior in light. It returns more light to the eye than diamond and sits at 9.25 on the Mohs scale, hard enough to be worn every day for life.
-
Moissanite is not graded by IGI or GIA the way diamond is, so no report of that kind exists for it. Every piece leaves us with a Moissanite America certificate instead, sent to you by email or as a printed card, recording the stone, the carat, the color and clarity and the metal it is set in. Our lab grown diamonds carry IGI or GIA certification as well, and that report travels with the piece.

Worldwide, fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. Delivery is complimentary. You will have a tracking number the moment your piece leaves us.
-
Any import duty or tax raised by your country is payable by you when the piece arrives. It is set by your own customs authority, not by us, and it is not included in the price shown here.
-
No. Every piece is cut, set and finished for one person, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Tell us everything before you order, ask us anything you are unsure of, and we will make sure it is right the first time.
-
Photograph it and write to us within three days of delivery. If we have made a mistake, or the piece has left us faulty, we will remake it or put it right at our cost, and we pay the shipping both ways.
-
Payment is taken here on the site when you place your order, and that is the only way we take it. We will never ask you to send a transfer, and we will never ask for card details by email or message.
-
Once your order is confirmed and the payment has cleared, we fine tune the CAD for your piece and production begins. You will hear from us by email as the work moves along, with images of your own piece, so you watch it take shape rather than wait in silence.
-
Work begins only once payment is final and confirmed. If a payment is canceled or reversed after you order, we will write to let you know it has been rejected, and the piece stays with us until it settles. Nothing leaves the workshop on an unconfirmed payment.

Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush will keep it bright. Take it off before the gym, the pool and the sea, and before anything with bleach in it. Store it apart from your other pieces so nothing rubs against the stones.
